This workshop is a great way to learn or practice your skills in beaded embroidery and create something you can wear over and over again. As a Metis artist, Joelle is a true story teller and welcomes the conversations and connections that sharing space will bring to our gathering.
All your materials will be provided and tools like scissors, glue, pliers and beading mats will be available during the workshop. Our venue will be open for purchasing drinks and food while the nature of the workshop will also allow for breaks when needed.
We will be focused on beading the design of your poppy and also learn edging to complete our pins. There will be an opportunity to have additional help if you require more time to finish as well.
